Situation
I was called “Rocket Singh “ in my Inner circle and donning an entrepreneur Hat was one of the biggest challenges faced . From SALES to ENTREPRENEUR was unimaginable .
Being in Kol XLRI Jamshedpur had such Courses but when I came across iron lady advertisement I was attracted to their WORD called Art of war and ZEN like approach .
That Hand holding of some expert in my different situations ,aspects where each step taken was heavy- Iron lady gave me that personal Insight of different Industry experts talking to you and teaching you . It was more like “me talking to me”.
Principles applied
Joining Iron lady was one of the best decisions for my career . My journey started and continues to scale heights!
The ILEP program and its 27 principles inspired me and brought about major perspective shifts in my words, thoughts and actions .Of those principles of Crucibles of leadership and Unpredictable response can get star markings from me.
Action taken
Overcoming Inner beliefs and challenging people’s beliefs were the two major impacts created and that made me rise not only in my career but also in my personal life.
Results achieved
From Doormat to assertive and from taking for granted to giving opinions were the major impacts .
Knock On effect was that professionally I “became an Entrepreneur “ that too in two years time and my company grew from one state to 12 states with Industry awards year on year and BEST Make In INDIA OEM Award in Education domain and from zero to 30 cr in 3 years .
Personally From Mother I became a Mother in law and now enjoy nurturing a daughter also along with my son .
To continue having some zing in Life – From ILEP graduated to a ILEP program leader and From there to Board Member graduate and undergoing journey of a BM Program leader.
